The Poetic Storyteller's Speakeasy

I am inviting all artists and art lovers, especially those from the Disability Community!

The moment has finally arrived. I Cherlnell Lane, The Poetic Storyteller, am officially inviting you to The Poetic Storyteller's Speakeasy! Taking place October 11, 2024, from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. This is one of the only fully accessible open mics on the Southside of Chicago. That means accessible doors, bathrooms, performance area, the whole nine yards! There's even a sign language interpreter

The Speakeasy is for all artists, singers, dancers, rappers, poets, or storytellers. Whatever your artistry you can come and perform at The Poetic Storyteller's Speakeasy. Or just come enjoy the performances. The best part is, it's free

This has been a long time in the making and I am so happy that it has finally arrived. Please, come and join the celebration with me.

(This is an outdoor space however, bathrooms are located inside. So, please cozy up with a coat, throw, or light blanket but not too much because the performances are going to be hot!)
